“Why Are They Playing Among Us at the Streamy Awards”- the Among Us Trick at the Streamy Awards 2023 Didn’t Bode Well With the Fans

This year’s Streamy Awards has been a complete power-packed event starting with the renowned Quackity bagging the first Streamy Award. Meanwhile, what has also poked fans is the little Among Us stunt played by the host MatPat. We all are familiar with the popular mobile phone game Among Us, where people have to find the imposter to kick him out and remain in the game to win.

At today’s Streamy Awards fans spotted the host playing an Among Us trick, which surely didn’t go well with fans. While it seems like the organizers have used this game to bring some kind of fun elements to the show, people are claiming it as a flop act.

MatPat has brought an exciting rhythm to this year’s Streamy Awards with his mind-blowing attitude. Throughout the event, he expressed an astonishing amount of fun and energetic element to bring out his best and give audiences a one-of-a-kind experience at night. Among many interesting aspects of this award show, one typical Among Us moment caught fans really confused about its purpose.

In the middle of the event, host MatPat announces that he has received information about an imposter at the award show. Making this more interesting, he further refers to table number 35, where popular streamers Charlie Moist Critikal, Charles Johnson, and Jarvis Johnson were chilling together. However, apart from this popular streamer personalities fans have also spotted an imposter dressing up like Charlie Moist Critikal and sitting on the table with them.

The host further announced that people have to find the imposter following the Among Us style. MatPat asked the organizers to put 90 seconds on the screen and keep the voting poll open for the audience to find the imposter and kick him out of the event. Finally, with a 44% vote audience chooses the true imposter of Charlie Moist Critikal to leave the event. While many people were really excited to participate in this fun challenge, the voting poll didn’t actually arrive on their screen.

Fans didn’t seem satisfied with the Among Us trick at Streamy Awards

MatPat’s announcement on the Among Us stunt initially ignited excitement among fans, but ultimately it became pretty boring to them. People were really confused about why the attendees and the host were suddenly interested in playing among us at the awards event.

Viewers also commented that they found the stupid among us stunt of the show quite awful and useless.

Not only that, but the majority of the people found out that the among us stunned was completely boring and not up to the mark.

Amid all the controversy, such stunts are definitely put in the show to break the monotony of achievements and awards. Among us, being a super fun multiplayer game could have been a really entertaining moment at the Streamy Awards in 2023.

However, it seemed like the imposter was really easy for people to find out. In fact, people were pissed for not getting the live voting poll on their screen. In a nutshell, this Among Us stunt couldn’t do much at the awards night, but it surely brought us a moment to smile for the viewers and the attendees.
