Well, according to the devs, the answer to this question is quite simple. The devs have set the timeline of this upcoming game in the 1800s, meaning Harry Potter is yet to be born.
This also means fans of popular novels/movies/previous games won’t be able to see Hermione or Ron in the upcoming game either. As they too, were born around two centuries too late.
The official trailer for the game was released over a year ago, and while fans are excited about the game, no fixed date for release has been offered to the gaming community just yet. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t rumors going around.
