However, Doug recently shared the true backstory behind the breakup, revealing that he made the decision to part ways because he didn’t want to waste her time. He emphasized, “I broke up with a model because I didn’t want to waste her time. Why would I continue being with someone if I wasn’t sure if I should be with them? Capitalizing on a love story where I’m not feeling that love isn’t something I felt comfortable doing for myself or her.”
