The matter of fact here is that Elon Musk is known to be a game changer for many industries. He has been an inspiration to millions, if not billions. Thus it is not surprising when he says that he will change the way a social media platform works, or how he can make people habitat on Mars within the next few years.
Surprisingly, it is thus recently noticed that despite him getting a lot of backlash from the people, he is still adamant about going through major changes for Twitter, and it seems that he has some rather solid ways to make it happen. But moreover, the question is, will his idea work?

Elon Musk has been trying to make a path for Twitter
In some recent disjointed Tweets, it was seen that Elon Musk has been trying to make a serious change on Twitter, which is most likely inspired by Facebook Gaming. In a post from November 14, 2022, a Tesla Investor by the name of Sawyer Merritt was seen suggesting to Elon Musk an idea about how he can introduce content creators from YouTube on Twitter and pay them more than the billion-dollar video streaming website to make exclusive videos for Twitter only.
Later, on November 22, almost 25 days after his Twitter takeover, Musk shared stats of how the platform despite gaining a lot of backlash from fans and the surge of the #RIPTwitter trend still managed to gain 1.6M daily active users in a week.

However, Elon Musk was asked by YouTuber LifeOfTom about what he thinks of his acquisition and the future of the social media platform, to which Elon replied, “I see a path”. Although it was not made clear what path he might be talking about, another conversation with MrBeast revealed a little more.

What do the stats say?
As the stats really intrigued MrBeast, he asked him, “I wonder what YouTube’s daily actives is?” Replying to which Musk said, “Let’s see what happens when Twitter offers good video with higher compensation for creators …” To which MrBeast replied, “Higher compensation will be hard, some YouTubers get $20+ rpms even after YouTube takes their cut. I’d be shocked if you crack that code.”

Therefore, making it clear that Elon is surely working on an idea regarding bringing content creators to Twitter. Another thing to notice here is that YouTube has a whopping 2.6 billion monthly active users while Twitter only has only approx. 396.5 Million userbase. Notably, this is not even close to Facebook’s 2.96 billion monthly users, out of which only 173 thousand concurrent viewers watch content from Facebook Gaming.

Thus it is a direct analysis of Twitter’s failure to attempt what Facebook couldn’t do with two Billion users, with only 396 million users. Although, it is not yet sure if the idea would fail or work miracles; it is truly sure that Elon Musk has some rather unconventional ideas for making things work.
