Call of Duty players are having the time of their year. Modern Warfare 3 is set for its big debut on November 10th. Meanwhile, the game’s beta version is available for PS, Xbox and PC users, and fans are totally over the moon. Further, PlayStation has upped the hype for Call of Duty fans with a big announcement.

As a part of Microsoft’s Activision deal, COD titles are set to stay on PlayStation in a 10 year deal. And now MW3 is coming out in a month. If this isn’t enough, the first weekend of the MW3 Beta was exclusively for PS. Now could it get any better for PlayStation owners? 

PlayStation surprises fans with Modern Warfare 3 PS5 bundle announcement

COD fans can’t keep calm since they heard about Modern Warfare III’s release in the upcoming month. With the return of Zombies mode, One shot sniper kill and more, Modern Warfare 3 has fans licking their lips. And now PlayStation has raised the excitement by announcing an exclusive PS5 bundle of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3.

PlayStation Europe’s official X (formerly Twitter) page recently shared this news with the fans. The announcement not only announced the PS5 bundle but also confirmed that it will be releasing on the same day as the game’s launch.

However, Call of Duty fans are intrigued for a whole different reason. Now that Sony revealed their upcoming next-gen PS5 slim console with two models, COD fans are curious as to which models will get the MW3 bundle.

They anticipate for MW3 PS5 bundle to come on PlayStation’s latest generation console. Since Sony aims to replace the existing PS5 console with a slim version, making the slim the only available PS5 option, the ps5 slim seems like the likely option. However, the model for the bundle hasn’t been confirmed yet. It could be ps5 + game combo, or an MW3 designed ps5 similar to the Spider-Man 2 bundle. So while there’s a lot to be confirmed, what have they revealed?

What will Sony offer in the PS5 bundle of the latest Modern Warfare 3?

Sony hasn’t declared the what the bundle will include, so that is anyone’s guess for now. However, the trailer for the Lockpick operator does mention the mw3 ps5 bundle. If observed closely, players can spot a message at the end that says, “also available in Call of Duty: MWIII PS5 Console Bundle.” 

While fans await further news, it is also worth remembering that they previously released a ps5 MW2 bundle as well. Could that be a hint of things to come in the upcoming MW3 bundle? Or will they step it up?

Fans are still waiting for the PS5 bundle’s release to get their hands on the item. And irrespective of which PS5 model it is, the bundle will surely be worth it, at least for the most hardcore fans.
