This means that Naughty Dog is probably not working on The Last of Us Part 3. Although there’s a high chance that this game would come, but probably not anytime soon. The simple reason behind this is that the game’s primary writer and director, Neil Druckmann, would be busy with season 2 of the HBO series starting this year and for the better part of 2024.
Yet, fans hope they get to see the third installment in this award-winning series, as they are curious about the direction Neil and his team will take it next time.
