The Season 1 of this TV series was the most trending thing on the internet of that region. Apparently, it was the trending topic on Twitter in Brazil after its release on January 15. Additionally, 15 of the hashtags out of the top 30 were related to this HBO adaptation. If that’s not enough, this series had over 99 percent approval from the critics and 96 percent from the public on Rotten Tomatoes.

The main cast could be one of the key reasons for this show’s appeal in Latin America. Joel Miller is played by the well-known Mandalorian and Game of Thrones actor Pedro Pascal. So, Pascal’s Chilean heritage might make him immensely popular among the Latin community. Aside from the show’s great acting and plot, Pascal’s popularity might have played a significant effect.

How did fans react to this information?

Fans are happy to know about the results. Further, they believe it was the performance that helped it get such an excellent debut. The fans are eagerly looking forward to the upcoming episodes, as they think those episodes would have even better results than the pilot episode.
