Mortal Kombat 1 will finally release next month and the hype for the game is unreal. NetherRealm Studios‘ latest entry to the popular fighting game series is expected to be quite something based on the footage we’ve seen so far. Over the last few weeks, tons of information have been dumped on the fans. And the community didn’t take long to analyze every single frame to speculate what to expect from the upcoming game.

Now, the Director of NetherRealm Studios has released yet another trailer of Mortal Kombat 1 featuring a WWE legend and fans are running short on words to describe their feelings. Fans have gone down a wild goose chase with the new trailer and tons of stuff have been brought to the limelight for others to ponder over.

Fans have been agonizing over the teasers dropped by Mortal Kombat 1 in recent days. Over the months, a ton of faces from the game’s roster have been revealed. Fans are excited to play as new characters. Along with new faces, a number of old faces seem to be waiting to make their comeback with Mortal Kombat 1. For instance, Geras’ return is being hailed as one of the biggest aspects of the game.

Every single trailer so far has been dissected by the community in anticipation. An army of analysts has managed to highlight a number of aspects of the upcoming entry to the fighting game franchise. Now, the new trailer of Mortal Kombat 1 has given a brief glimpse into yet another familiar face, making a return to the franchise.

The newest trailer flaunts WWE superstar Dave Bautista as Shang Tsung and fans are over the moon. Shang Tsung, the soul-stealing magus, has been one of the key villains of the Mortal Kombat franchise. While Tsung was the main boss in the original MK title, he hasn’t been the biggest baddie in all the games.

While Bautista’s presence in the game is undoubtedly the biggest reveal in recent times, eagle-eyed fans have spotted more details from the trailer. This user thinks he’s definitely spotted a Quan Chi loyalist in the trailer.
