

Xbox is about to celebrate its 20th-anniversary. November 15 marks the date the original Xbox launched worldwide, 20 years ago. To commemorate this major day, Microsoft will be hosting an online anniversary celebration in the form of a livestream. The stream will go over nostalgic moments in time for this iconic device and much more.

In the event, Microsoft will go a trip down memory lane highlighting iconic moments the console has witnessed. Some key details of the event are as follows:

- The event will go live on Monday, November 15 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. GMT
- The broadcast can be viewed through Xbox’s official handles on Facebook, Twitch, YouTube
- Subtitles for the event will be available for German, French, BR Portuguese, LATAM Spanish, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified), Castilian Spanish, Italian, Korean, Polish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Malay, Norwegian, Persian (Farsi), Portuguese (EU), Slovak, Swedish, Turkish, and Vietnamese
- There will also be an option for fans with hearing issues to view the livestream. American Sign Language (ASL) and Audio Descriptions (AD) in English will be available on YouTube.

Adding on, players who were loyal to the brand will be rewarded as well. As a way to commemorate the company’s journey, there will be an update to the membership badges. The badges featured on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold members will be updated. The badges which indicate how long a player has been associated with Xbox are being replaced with a more colorful badge.
