Microsoft announced its proposed acquisition of Call of Duty publisher Activision Blizzard earlier this year, which is worth nearly $70 billion. This is literally the biggest acquisition deal the gaming industry has ever witnessed in history. This kind of weight is quite enough to keep anyone up at night, even the Xbox boss himself.
