The highly anticipated Xbox Showcase event has surprised gaming lovers with a stunning announcement. Especially those, who are highly passionate about the Star Wars franchise. The event has just unveiled a fresh entry in the ever-growing galactic saga – Outlaws.

Following the emergence of multiple rumors, Star Wars: Outlaws is finally here. It was announced with an impressive cinematic teaser trailer. The project is an open-world adventure – coming from the creators of The Division series. Interestingly, the upcoming game will have its own original plot set between the events of Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back & Return of the Jedi movies.

Kay Vess, “a cunning scoundrel”, will be the star of this title, with actress Humberly González behind this protagonist. As her companion, Nix will be there (played by Dee Bradley Baker). Per the makers, these outlaws live under the “thumb of the Galactic Empire, but can still thrive given the opportunities that the criminal underworld opens up for people looking to take advantage of the turmoil.”

Experience the first-ever open world Star Wars™ game, set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Explore distinct planets across the galaxy, both iconic and new. Risk it all as Kay Vess, an emerging scoundrel seeking freedom and the means to start a new life, along with her companion Nix. Fight, steal, and outwit your way through the galaxy’s crime syndicates as you join the galaxy’s most wanted.
