Starfield has announced its massive partnership with a US government organization studying space to create the perfect inter-galactic experience.

So, Bethesda Studios, the masterminds behind Starfield, teamed up with the org to dive deep into space.

Starfield shakes hands with NASA to bring out the perfect gaming experience
Starfield was the one game that fans anticipated for long as Bethesda promised a November 2022 release. However, the devs took a step back and apologized as they had to shift it to the following year. Then, in March 2023, another announcement rolled out that it would come out on September 6. This caused chaos in the community as fans raged at the studios. Following this, the devs promised an exclusive feature at the Summer Game Fest 2023.

During the Xbox Showcase, Starfield received the extra hour for its trailer release, with fans patiently waiting for the reveal. And well, the franchise didn’t disappoint. Apparently, one of the reasons for the delay remained their partnership with NASA as they wanted to understand the depth of space.

“Our team worked hard to find a balance between fun and realism. We studied data from NASA and a multitude of other sources to help us make the world feel more believable,” one of Bethesda’s designers said. He also revealed that the game had four planets, so if you get bored of one, you have three more to explore. Last but not least, Bethesda also announced some exclusive products for the upcoming game. As of now, it is unclear which of them would be a part of the collector’s edition, but the products would feature a watch, controller, and headset all designed similarly to the game.
