Microsoft likes to update their fans about everything new coming to their platforms. These include all new the arriving on Windows PC as well as the Xbox. Therefore, the Xbox Wire blog publishes a weekly consolidated list of upcoming titles.

The list for October 13-16 is already out, and while there are a ton of new games, some certainly stand out. While some of these come from large development studios, there are many interesting ones emerging from indie studios.

Xbox announces big upcoming games

Probably the biggest game on the list is NHL 21 Deluxe Edition developed by EA. The hockey based sports game is a popular game among hockey fans who prefer to play the sport virtually. The Deluxe Edition will launch on October 13, while the standard edition is going to launch on October 16.

Another popular game on the list is Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition. It was part of the major real-time strategy series, Age of Empires. The game will launch on October 15 and will be available on PC. The new edition has support for 4K Ultra HD graphics to enhance the experience of gamers.

On October 13, Microsoft will launch another game based on the popular series G.I. Joe. The game titled G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout will allow players to choose sides between the Joes or Team Cobra. What follows a series of jam-packed action.

Amidst all these bigger titles, players will also see the launch of Space Crew on October 15. It is the sequel to acclaimed strategic survival simulation game Bomber Crew. The developers are also offering Bomber Crew for free with every purchase of Space Crew till October 22.

Other interesting titles launching in the coming week

A title that stands out among the rest is ‘This is the Zodiac Speaking’. It is a single player psychological thriller based on the real life incidents surrounding the Zodiac Killer. The game will launch on October 15.

Another fascinating game coming on the 15th is Raji: An Ancient Epic. It is an action-adventure game set in ancient India which follows a girl trying to defend her brother from a demon.

Apart from these, on the 15th, players will also see the release of ‘Cloudpunk’. The game is a neon-noir story in a rain-drenched cyberpunk metropolis. In this story-based exploration game, players will meet a diverse range of characters including androids, AI, and unscrupulous humans at every level of society.

While these titles are definitely eye-catching, there are many more that might sway players after one or two games.

List of other Xbox titles releasing between 13-16 October

The list of games launching on October 13 include Foregone, Red Wings: Aces of the Sky, and Torchlight III.

Furthermore, other titles coming on the 14th include Brotherhood United, Brunswick Pro Billiards, Cook, Serve Delicious! 3?!, Knights and Bikes, Monster Prom: XXL, Nexoria: Dungeon Rogue Heroes, Re:Turn- One Way Trip, Shadow Gangs, and Ty the Tasmanian Tiger HD.

Cake Bash, Dustoff Z, Heave Ho, Katana Zero, Tears of Avia, The Swords of Ditto: Mormo’s Curse, Two Parsecs from Earth, Shantae: Risky’s Revenge – Director’s Cut, and The Jackbox Party Pack 7 are all the other games releasing on October 15.

The only game releasing on October 16 is 9 Monkeys of Shaolin.
