It proves the addiction it has provoked in people, as 2020 wasn’t a good year for anyone. Today we talk about one such person, popularly known as xQc.

In recent times, the Canadian streamer entered the gambling world and started streaming it on Twitch last year. He has made enough from his games but recently confessed that he has some serious issues with gambling. 

xQc confesses live on Pokimane’s stream

After too many fan requests from their fans, xQc, and Pokimane got together for their most anticipated video podcast. It was a five-hour-long Twitch stream. The creators dived deep into each other’s personal lives, painting a picture of their personal lives.

xQc turned out to be the first episode’s spotlight as claimed to have lost over $1.85 million in gambling in the past month. He seemed pretty cool about it which left Pokimane in shock. Despite gambling being unhealthy and affecting his health, he confessed to having gambling issues.

The stream continued, with both of them bombarding questions at each other about different things. They mainly spoke about sponsorships and how streamers are only trying to earn through their promotions without looking at the ethical aspects.

In past times, when asked by fans, xQc has accepted his gambling addiction. In a Twitch stream he said, “Every game I play, all I do is gamble. Everywhere I go, I just gamble, that’s all I do. I think it’s fun, I’m addicted. I have one of the biggest most insanely addicting personality you’ll ever find. I’m addicted to everything I do. I’m just easily addicted”
