A squad is something that keeps the tactical gameplay secured. Along with the squad, comes the quotient of harmony and strategic functioning of the game plan. However, the squad suffers when it loses sync.

Nickmercs and his Apex squad, Tripods, are a renowned team that has an enormous fan base in the Apex Legends community. They have presented the community with many achievements that have earned themselves a reputation. However, a balance has to be maintained in a squad. And Tripods has taken this step for the squad in a positive spirit.

Nickmercs reveal a roster change in the making

Tripods are an Apex Legends squad with its members being Nickmercs, Lewda, and Deeds. Tripods will be participating in the Apex Legends Global Series Pro league. Moreover, Nickmercs recently announced a roster change that the squad will be undergoing.

Nickmercs told his stream that Lewda will no more be a part of the Tripods. He declared that the squad aimed at reaching the league, which they did. Moreover, he appreciated Lewda for his service to the squad and for helping him with the game. He said, “In terms of growing as an Apex player, he taught me a lot about the game.”

Furthermore, Nickmercs explained to the stream the reason behind the roster change. He said, “The last few times that we got together as a squad man, you can really tell if you watched those streams there is just a different man. There is a difference. The vibes are not there you know and listen man I got a lot of respect for Lewd I don’t mean this in a bad way it’s just, it’s not it, it’s not it, it’s just not the fit for Deeds and I.”

Tripods qualify for Split 1

The Tripods worked their way into the second split of the Challengers Circuit. Notably, the league is supposed to be a qualifying ground for the teams to achieve a slot in the Pro League. Moreover, the Tripods competed and secured a 10th place in the NA Last Chance Qualifier for the ALGS Championship. Ultimately, it opened the gates to the Pro League for them.

Tripods not only achieved the goal that Nickmercs tells us they had set but also made the teams aware of the importance of the Challengers Circuit. Only time will tell how the Tripods embark on their journey to the coveted championship.
