Games have come out with some of the most appreciated storylines. They offer a rich narrative for users to experience, with characters telling their own stories in the journey the player takes. This is why, it has become a popular trope to adapt video games into movies. One such game is Bloodborne. Jackscepticeye and CrankGameplays brainstorm cast

While speaking of the world of Hollywood, the conversation turned toward the cast of Bloodborne, as if it were made. In a hilarious twist, Jackscepticeye jumped to cast Chris Pratt as Father Gascoigne. Gascoigne is among the first boss players face in Bloodborne and has a detailed story, going from a hunter to a father, and then into madness. It would be fascinating to see the Mario actor join the cast of Bloodborne if it were made.

Star-studded cast proposed by the duo for Bloodborne

Following their casting of Chris Pratt as Father Gascoigne, the duo on Brain Leak had a list of other actors they wanted to see on the big screen in this production. First on their list was Christian Bale as DLC boss Orphan of Kos. As Christian Bale fans would remember, the actor worked hard to change himself for the role in The Machinist. The role and Christian’s dedication to fitting the role saw Jackscepticeye love him for the role.

I want Christian Bale as The Orphan of Kos because he would slim way down. He basically looked like him in the Thor movie anyway,” said Jackscepticeye.

As for Father Gerhman, only someone commanding can fit the role of the leader of the hunt. Who would be better than Gary Oldman to play the part? Commissioner Gordon to become Father Gerhman!

We need someone who’s commanding oh we need like oh like an older act like Gary Oldman or someone like that. Oh! Gary Oldman would be fun! He’d be called Garmin Oldman,” joked CrankGameplays.

The discussion came amidst fans’ disappointment surrounding the rumored Bloodborne sequel. Fans were expecting news of the sequel during last week’s PlayStation Showcase, but they didn’t receive any word from Sony or FromSoft. The rumored Bloodborne series that was in talks at HBO seems to be canceled as well. If a Bloodborne movie were to be made, a star cast such as this one could make it incredible, given the intricate storyline already present in the game.

What are your thoughts on the duo’s casting choice? Who would you cast in a Bloodborne movie? Let us know in the comments!
