Stable Ronaldo hits back at Ninja

These comments intially came when Cloakzy, Ninja, and TimTheTatman streamed together. As the three opened CS:GO cases, Ninja made comments about Stable Ronaldo’s viewership numbers. He said, “Also Ronaldo is like literally, like, one-twentieth of our following, and is completely irrelevant. So, we should probably keep opening cases. He tried to be an IRL streamer and failed miserably.”

Ronaldo was quick to respond. On his stream, he hit back at Ninja. Ronaldo pulled no punches, calling out Ninja for what the former believes was a sign of disrespect to Ninja’s community when Ninja took the Mixer deal.

Fans think both sides took the argument too far

As these events unfolded, fans quickly realized each side took it too far. They believe Ninja’s comments were inappropriate, but deemed Stable Ronaldo’s response a step too far. Stable Ronaldo’s argument was that Ninja did not just call him out, but anyone with less than a 1000 viewers, which is a majority of streamers on Twitch. In fact, he estimates it is only 0.001% of Twitch viewership.

On the other side, his argument for Ninja moving to Mixer were left largely unappreciated by the community. The community believes fans can understand wanting to move to a platform with lesser viewership such as Mixer. When it is a sum as large as $50 million, they did not see Ninja as a sellout.
