He made a short public video showcasing his performance as the iconic characters. But unlike other auditions, his video had a twist.

Seán William McLoughlin, aka Jacksepticeye, is one of the veterans of YouTube who shaped the modern gaming scene on the platform. Along with his friends PewDiePie and Markiplier, Jack is considered one of the most influential gamers in the history of YouTube. He is known for his sarcastic and witty comedic sense and stayed true to his reputation even in the audition video.

Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty is one of the most acclaimed TV shows ever made. The sci-fi adult comedy is considered one of the best media created in the meta-humor genre. The show has garnered a massive following of loyal fans worldwide, and with each passing season, its popularity only seems to rise upwards.
But recently, misfortune struck the show’s development as Adult Swim cut ties with one of the main showrunners and co-creator, Justin Roiland, following reports of domestic crimes. Since then, there have been rumors that the show is desperate for new voice actors, as Justine was the talent behind the main character’s voices.
This news has given birth to an internet-wide trend where many talented individuals share clips showcasing their performance as the characters of Rick and Morty. But among them, many pranksters have taken advantage of the situation and decided to meme it out.
And Jack is no different from the latter, as in his latest short video, he shared his voice acting talent, but instead of trying to be true to the original characters, Jack performed the dialogues with a personal twist. Giving homage to his roots, Jack played the characters in his Irish accent with Irish street lingo. Watch the video here.

Other than being an influencer and professional gamer, Jack is also a talented voice actor. The first ever video he had made on his channel was an imitation of the legendary gaming character from Metal Gears Solid, Solid Snake. In his career, Jack has voiced in many popular games and shows.
