YouTube icon PewDiePie has now transitioned into his new life as a father. The YouTuber recently announced a hiatus from YouTube and welcomed baby Björn into the world. He, along with his wife Marzia Kjellberg, is currently having the time of their life with the fresh addition to their family.

However, just a week after announcing the birth, PewDiePie received some glum news from Twitch. The platform has banned the streamer, surprising many fans. Yet, multiple fans have remained hopeful that the Amazon-backed platform will quickly unban the YouTuber-turned-father soon.

PewDiePie received his second ban from Twitch this year

The news of PewDiePie’s Twitch feed being blocked again just surfaced online. The streamer has been banned since July 17 and has collected 3 days and 17 hours of ban time as of this writing. Furthermore, this will count as the second ban on the streamer’s Twitch stream.

While PewDiePie’s primary source of income is YouTube, he took to Twitch to restream his old content. The Twitch channel of his repeat telecasts, the older videos of the YouTuber creating an endless live streaming loop. However, this loop has been brought to hold two times now.

The first time the YouTuber got banned was due to his restreamed video from 2017 containing some content that violated Twitch’s terms of service. The reason for the second ban is yet unknown. However, fans believe this ban won’t last as long as the earlier one. The earlier ban on PewDiePie lasted about three days.

Fans show resentment towards Twitch’s decision to ban the YouTuber again

Fans have started to claim this ban will last way less than the last ban. They have voiced their opinions in support of the YouTuber, showing shock and anger towards this second ban.

While some fans are outright criticizing the Amazon-backed platform for banning without any prior reason. They are asking PewDiePie to join Kick to avoid these frequent bans.

The exact schedule at which PewDiePie will be unbanned is still unknown. However, looking at the demands of the audience, the team at Twitch will certainly take a decision soon.
