They became popular with fans during their time as teammates at McLaren in 2019 and 2020. Despite being rivals on the track, off track the two shared a great friendship and blessed us with many bromance moments. They played board games, sang songs, had kitchen nightmares, and generally proved to be comedy gold time and time again.

However, Carlos Sainz made the switch to Ferrari, and many fans believed it was the end of the road for ‘Carlando’. But even after the split, they managed to maintain their friendship and blessed us with many bromance moments again. Sainz and Norris proved to be one of F1’s most enduring pairings – thanks to McLaren. Although the Papaya team failed to give us many memorable moments on the track, they gave us ‘Carlando’, who gave us many iconic bromances to remember.  

In a recently surfaced video, Norris can be seen reacting to a rough sketch of ‘Lando twerking on Carlos’. Seeing it, the 23-year-old broke into laughter asking, “What! Why am I so flexible!”. Moments later, giggling, he again asked, “Why am I twerking on Carlos” Looking at the British man chuckle a lot while looking at the twerking sketch, one fan said: ‘Can you guys kiss already’
