Haas F1 driver Nikita Mazepin recently posed with soccer icon Cristiano Ronaldo after a gym session in Dubai. The official handle of the American outfit shared a photo of the two sports stars, with F1 rookie Mazepin describing his “best gym session this year so far”. Football fans across the globe are well-aware of Ronaldo’s passion for fitness. He is currently on a 13-day break but it doesn’t stop him from following up on his training schedules.

Meeting the relentless, strong-minded, and incredible athlete must have been a great experience for the young Russian. Mazepin had a tough rookie season with the Haas F1 team, mostly because the car had little to offer. The two drivers were stranded in the back of the grid, more often battling each other than others. The American team was a permanent presence in the last spot in the constructors’ standings.
