Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout has to be one of the best games to come out this year. This is mainly because no one would’ve predicted it to be such a huge success. This battle royale game is unlike any other and has change the meaning of the genre completely. It is funny, simplistic and yet is insanely fun. So much so that almost every big streamer in the industry is playing it. But this game is only limited to PC and PS4 for now. It is not available on Xbox or any other platform. But now, we have confirmation that a mobile version of the game is in the works (but there’s a catch).

Mobile version of Fall guys confirmed

Gamesindustry.biz reached out to Mediatonic for a statement and founder Paul Croft said “We can confirm Bilibili have secured publishing rights to a mobile version in China. As you can imagine, we’ve had a lot of questions about platforms since launch, and of course we’d love to release on more platforms in the future but for now we’re focusing our efforts on PC and PS4.”

And look at how the tables have turned. A mobile version of the game makes sense given its popularity. Since its launch, it has been at the No.1 spot on the steam bestseller list. And it has been there for more than 2 weeks now. But the most baffling part is that a mobile version is arriving before an Xbox or a Switch version.
