Usually most restocks end within 30 minutes as the product sells out quickly during a time like this. However, this time, it went longer than usual causing fans to have a lot of suspicions.

Fans always receive an alert message from PlayStation about the product selling out while they wait in queue. However, it never arrived this time, and fans stayed in the queue for a long time before they realized what the issue was. It took a tweet from Wario64 for fans to understand they had waited a long time for no reason because the PlayStation 5 stock ended long before.
