The Swiss, Roger Federer has been playing tennis at a different level since his layover in the year 2016. There might be some ups and downs every now and then, but nevertheless, Federer is on the apex of the game. His physical strength personifies poetry in motion on the court and his mental strength makes him a complete player. For instance, his 2008 US Open victory came within a few weeks after his tragic loss to Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon. Additionally, he has endured the toughest times on the court and converted them into titles.

Federer is always hungry to learn new skills and consistently looks in the scope of improvement in his tennis. He always treats himself to be an underdog. He makes it a point that his mistakes are not committed multiple times on the court and developed his prowess by pushing himself out of his comfort zone. As the 20-time Grand Slam champion says, “If you don’t do anything or you just do the same thing over and over again, you stay the same, and staying the same is going backwards.”

The ‘Resurged King’ of Serbia shared his thoughts about Federer’s longevity. Djokovic said, “He’s been very smart with his scheduling, obviously. I think his talent is incredible on the court. It looks so easy when he plays. I guess he spends less energy than the other players. He perfected his movement on the court really well. So he knows how to rationally spend energy. He’s just an overall player physically, mentally.”
