“I know that it’s also very challenging.

“The competition is very strong, and also very demanding.

“It’s not easy to keep your focus, your level of play for every single tournament.

“Roger and Rafa are showing they are playing to win every single tournament.

“I’m working for that every single day and hopefully I’ll make it.

While Roger Federer is on a break period and will only resume professional Tennis in June with the Stuttgart Open, Rafael Nadal is showing utmost dominance on clay, having already taken the Monte-Carlo Masters and Barcelona Open. He is currently the favorite to win the Rolland Garros this year.

Federer might be out, but he is expected to resume the grass court season where he left it last year. He is the defending champion at Halle Open and Wimbledon and will be looking to capitalise on Nadal’s hectic clay court season to resume the fight for the number 1 position.
