Felix Auger-Aliassime On Racial Discimination

Felix Auger-Aliassime posted a video on Instagram talking about the current situation. He said that the form of racism in Minneapolis was very violent but that is not the only form of racism that people encounter in life. To show this, he narrated a story that talked about what happened to his dad. He said,

“So, my dad is driving back home in his car when he sees a police car behind him. He makes many turns and realizes that they are following him so finally pulls over. When the officers came, he asked them what offense he had committed. The officers said that he did not do anything but that it was rare to see a man of color driving that kind of vehicle in the neighborhood.”
