Colby Covington is the most polarizing personality in the sports of MMA. Like him or hate him, he generates nuclear heat when he grabs the microphone. As much as you want to call him a bad guy, people listen to him when he talks so that they can boo him or cuss him. Well, that’s what happened again to Colby Covington when he attended the press conference for UFC 245.

Covington arrived in his go-to costume, a fine suit and with the Maga hat, and even that was enough for the rowdy New Yorkers to blow the roof off with boos.

The crowd in the arena went berserk and showered Covington with deafening chants of “boo”. Now it’s undeniable that Colby Covington schooled Usman on the microphone, but the crowd in the arena wanted none of it as they chanted “F**k You Colby” when Covington was answering the media questions.

Colby Covington also took a shot at Jorge Masvidal and said:

“But let me tell you one thing, Win, lose, or draw tomorrow night for Masvidal, I will get locked in the cage and not go to jail for beating his ass because he’s said some things in the media and now it needs to be settled. Because if I beat him up on the streets he’s not going to have anybody to pay his medical bills. We need uncle Dana to pay his medical bills after I’m done with him.”
