Lionel Messi is arguably one of the best players in football history. While he might not be the most athletic winger, his approach to the game and his skills on the ball make him a defensive nightmare.

Starting off his club football career with FC Barcelona, Messi has been a one club man and is surely the greatest player in the club’s history with multiple records to his name.

But after spending 17 years in his boyhood club, the 33-year-old is officially a free agent and given how talented he is, Messi might be getting a lot of offers from some top clubs in Europe.

Ramos added, “I could tell you a thousand things, but they wouldn’t be decisive. Everyone makes the decisions they have to make…. But I like to be surrounded by the best and I will always have a place for him in my team.”

Ramos and Messi have had their fair share of battles through the years. Playing for two of the biggest teams in Europe, the two had some fierce duels against one another during the El Clasico.

With the attacking talent of Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappe, and now the defensive prowess of Sergio Ramos and Achraf Hakimi, Messi’s addition might basically guarantee the Parisians all the major trophies. But affording a massive salary like Messi’s will be a very big task.
