Only being featured in cup games against Division 1 teams, Lingard understandably got frustrated and wanted out of the club. When he was loaned out to West Ham United, not much was expected.

But Lingard excelled with the Londoners. In 19 appearances, J-Lingz flourished as he had 14 goal contributions. With his electrifying form, the biggest question in everyone’s mind right now is whether Lingard will feature for United or not.

Given how good Lingard was for West Ham, the club is surely interested to bring him in. But given the versatility he brings to any side, he can be and incredible addition to the United squad as well.
