The latest glitch to arrive in Fortnite is a great way for players to try trick shots. With the help of certain low-gravity items and a door edit, they can launch themselves in the air and get some unexpected mobility.

SypherPK exploits the Easter Egg glitch in Fortnite

Considering that the 16.10 update has introduced low-gravity items like the Easter eggs, this was the perfect time for SypherPK to try out the aforementioned glitch. The streamer first visited a NPC and bought the Hop Rock Dualies worth 500 gold.

It is worth noting that the trick works best with female characters. As per SypherPK, the male characters in the game are “a bit clunky”, which might lead to failure on many occasions.

The process to trigger the glitch is a lot easier than it seems. Players simply need to edit a door, jump on its top, and close it while standing. Interestingly, the door pushes them for doing so. SypherPK observed that standing right on the top of the door is better than staying on the edge.

Based on the position, the push from the door can be so vigorous that the player might fall prey to significant fall damage. Therefore, using low-gravity items like the Hop Rock Dualies or the Easter eggs spread on the map is a must.

Why Epic Games needs to fix the Easter Egg glitch?

At first glance, using low-gravity items to perform trick shots might seem like a fun idea. However, a majority of players are now using this glitch to evade the storm and rotate during matches. Even SypherPK benefited from the glitch and made his way to the zone with utmost ease.

In addition to that, some players are also using the bug to run away from their enemies. They trigger the process mid-fights and leave their opponents confused about their location.

It is safe to assume that Epic Games will fix the bug as soon as possible. Until then, the community can enjoy trick shotting opponents and surprising them with the sudden mobility boost.
