Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7: Where and How to Collect Cat Food?

Fortnite has a variety of quests and challenges for players to complete for some amazing rewards. While fans love the gameplay of the Battle Royale title, challenges with rewards like cosmetics attract a lot of players to look out for more stuff in the game. Most of these quests require players to complete tasks like damaging enemies or breaking items. But sometimes, they also require fans to find bizarre items and people.

The most recent and weird challenge in the game involves the cat food present on the Island. These cat food cans are scattered around the map and players need to find some of them to complete the quest. But where are these items in the game?

The Fortnite cat food quest

The cat food is part of the fifth and final task of a five-part legendary quest in Fortnite. The other tasks in the quest involved placing welcome signs for the Aliens in Lazy Lake and Pleasant Park. Other than that, they also had to place boomboxes in various locations on the map. There are a lot of POIs in the game which includes these delicacies for the cats. But, players will only need to find two of them to complete the quest. After finding them, players will gain 30,000 XP.

Locations of cat food on the map

In the North-East building of Corny Complex, players can find some cat food. They can locate these food crates stacked on top of each other in the building’s kitchen. It’s also available on the southern end of Dirty Docks, and it includes a pallet and crates of these items. Sometimes, two of them might also spawn on Dirty Docks near the shipping container with the Meowscles graffiti. Additionally, players can also find it on the Northern part of Retail Row. It lies outside the supermarket near another container.

Players need to know that some of these crates and pallets might not interact with players. So if one doesn’t work, it’s better to move on to another location. It isn’t difficult to find these cat food crates, and players should definitely locate them because the rewards are definitely worth it.
