Chapter 2 Season 6 of Fortnite has been great with cosmetic items, emotes, and skins. From a gigantic NBA crossover that brought the jerseys of all the league teams to DC superheroes like Batman, the Item Shop has remained flooded with brilliant skins in the past few weeks.
Following a similar approach, Epic Games has released another highly anticipated skin towards the end of Chapter 2 Season 6. It is Orelia, the female counterpart of Oro.

After troubling the players for many weeks at Isla Nublada, Orelia is finally coming to the Item Shop.

Fortnite, on Twitter, recently released a teaser trailer for Orelia:

In the trailer, one can witness Marigold exploring a hidden cave. After making her way through a plethora of skulls, she finally comes across Orelia, who can be seen sitting at her throne with a Greed Wrap assault rifle.

Orelia will be available for purchase in two ways. Players can either buy her outfit for 1500 V-Bucks or the entire Orelia bundle for 2200 V-Bucks. There are two selectable styles for this brand new outfit- Default and Burnished Gold.

Is Orelia related to the alien themed Chapter 2 Season 7?
Orelia is the female counterpart of Oro, a legendary character that appeared in Chapter 2 Season 2. Back in the day, the latter had played an important role in the storyline alongside Midas. As per theories, he’s the dead version of Midas, and also his first snapshot.
Just like Oro, Orelia is also one of the most mysterious characters we’ve witnessed in Fortnite. She is a resident of the Isla Nublada, where players can either pay 750 bars or fight her to get a Legendary assault rifle..
Unlike Ruckus, Blackheart, Raptor, Hyde, and Zenith, she is the only hostile NPC to have her own music and voice. Hence, it is obvious that Epic Games has cosmic plans for Orelia. When aliens and UFOs arrive on the island, she might be one of the primary characters we’ll see alongside The Foundation, Agent Jonesy, and the Imagined Order.
