Over the years, Fortnite has introduced a lot of amazing crossover characters for fans to play with. This includes IPs like Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and many more. These companies have added in characters that have gained a lot of pop culture acclaim, and fans love to have some fun while playing with them. Chapter 2 of the game has added a lot of items revolving around these stars, with the most popular recent addition being the Man of Steel in Superman.
Chapter 2 Season 7 of Fortnite also has some other crossovers as well. With the season themed around aliens and extra-terrestrials, the developers found the perfect collaboration in the hit Adult Swim TV show Rick and Morty. Season 7 had earlier added in the character of the mad scientist, Rick Sanchez, who has gained a lot of fans. But, fans of the show had to wait for a long time for the developers at Epic Games to finally add his partner in crime, Morty.

Fortnite adds Morty to join Rick in their crazy adventures
Morty Smith, the grandson of Rick Sanchez, recently arrived in the popular Battle Royale game. The character now completes the set of the iconic TV show, which is currently in its fifth season. However, Morty hasn’t arrived on the Island empty handed as he has fully prepared to kill some enemies in the game as Mecha Morty.
Along with that, Morty also has other cool items in his collection that fans would love to try. This includes Morty’s Backpack Back Bling, which will only carry a Meeseeks Box. Other than that, players will also have access to the Space Snake Pickaxe and a Look At Me! weapon wrap. Finally, players can also join on the Get Schwifty dance by using the Morty version of the Emote as well.

How to get the items from the Morty collection?
Fans of the character can currently purchase the items from the Fortnite Item Shop. They can gain access to all the items from the collection by buying the Mecha Morty Bundle, which will cost 2,200 V-Bucks. Players can also purchase the skin and the back bling for 1,5000 V-Bucks as well. While the Space Snake Pickaxe costs around 800 V-Bucks, the Get Schwifty Emote and the Look At Me! weapon wrap has a price tag of 500 V-Bucks each.
