Fortnite Throwback Cup postponed

A Fortnite tournament is always an eye-catching event. Epic Games recently announced a new Fortnite Throwback Cup, featuring Bugha, Aqua, and Nyhrox. The Throwback Cup has been dedicated to the reigning World Champions. At the Fortnite World Cup last year, Bugha won the solo event while Aqua and Nyhrox won the Duos event.

Bugha will be holding a Solo event while Aqua and Nyhrox will hold a Duos tournament. Similar to Bugha’s tournament, Aqua and Nyhrox’s Throwback Cup is also open to all competitive Fortnite regions. The Aqua and Nyhrox Throwback Cup was supposed to begin today and end on July 29. However, following the issues with its servers, Epic Games announced the postponement of the event.

Epic Games had offered GTA 5 for free for a few days a little while ago. Unsurprisingly, the response was overwhelming. So much so that it resulted in a timed-out authentication problem with Epic Games’ online services.
