Upcoming months in Fortnite: What to expect?

Of course, the first upcoming update is Fortnitemares, a yearly event that takes place around Halloween. This is a pretty obvious item on the list since it isn’t particularly new. So, what happens is players fight hordes of undead zombie-like creatures called ‘husks’. These husks appear on various locations throughout the map and killing them during BR gameplay is the primary objective.

Since last year, Fortnitemares has included a boss fight that required players to team up for. Looks like that might be the case this year as well.

Next up on the list is something that the community has been expecting for a while now- the return of Midas. Players already know of this since Epic had mentioned his return as part of the Last Laugh Bundle. However, Midas will look different from how players remember him. Most likely, he will return as Midas Rex.

The Last Laugh Bundle will also introduce Gotham’s Clown Prince of Crime in the game, along with Poison Ivy. With Harley Quinn already in the game, looks like they are looking for nothing but trouble.

Brace yourself as Galactus is all set to pack a punch

The culmination of this season yet to come, and it seems the heroes are ready to face Galactus head-on. This entire season has been building up towards this event, with a huge roster of Marvel heroes featuring in the game right now. Brace yourself, as this might just be the biggest event in the game.

Along with this, there is, of course, the theory about a new map making its way to the game. Many players in the community have speculated that this map might be the Chapter 1 map making its return. And with the impending return of Midas, this theory has only gained more traction. However, it is also possible that the game might introduce a new map altogether following the Galactus event.
