Epic Games plans to release Spiderman in Fortnite in future

There were plenty of other leaks, like the one from WestSausage, which indicated that this collaboration was pretty likely. However, according to the latest rumors, a collaboration has seemingly been confirmed.

We know Epic Games is planning to release Chapter 3 of the game soon. Furthermore, the new chapter might get launched at the same time as the new Spiderman movie, No Way Home, launches in theaters. Therefore, according to Shiina, on Twitter, we might see Spiderman appearing in the game at the start of the new chapter.

Shiina on Twitter said, “FORTNITE X SPIDERMAN – SEE YOU IN CHAPTER 3“. They confirmed that the skin will not appear before the release of Chapter 3. This will be indeed a brilliant strategy to promote both franchises. Moreover, it’s not confirmed yet whether the skin will be available in Battle Pass or in-store. Regardless, most players are expecting to see their “Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man” in the Battle Pass.

Although we don’t know how big Epic Games is planning to hold the collaboration, considering Spiderman’s reputation in the community, we can expect a massive collaboration. Moreover, if Spiderman arrived because of the movie promotion, we might see more fictional characters accompanying him.
