ATP World No.1 Novak Djokovic and WTA World No.1 Ashleigh Barty will begin their French Open 2021 journeys tomorrow. Along with them headlining tomorrow’s order of play is 13-time champion Rafael Nadal. Moreover, Carla Suarez Navarro returns to the court after beating cancer.
The third day of Roland Garros 2021 sees a similar schedule used on the second day. The three stadium courts, Court Phillipe-Chartier, Court Suzanne-Lenglen, and Court and Court Simonne-Mathieu, will have four matches each with two men’s singles matches and two women’s singles. And as Court Phillipe-Chartier has a roof and floodlight, it will feature one night session match.

French Open 2021 Schedule: Court Phillipe-Chartier
The first match at Court Phillipe-Chartier starts at 12 am CEST. It features fifth seed, Elina Svitolina against French wildcard entrant, Oceane Babel. The next match will see Ashleigh Barty resume her seven-match win streak at Roland Garros. She will go up against the USA’s Bernarda Pera.

In the afternoon, Rafael Nadal will begin his title defense against Australian Alexei Popyrin. This match will not take place before 4 pm CEST. And in the only night session of the day, World No.1 Novak Djokovic will take on USA’s Tennys Sandgren. This match will not start before 9 pm CEST.
Court Suzanne-Lenglen
The first match at Court Suzanne-Lenglen will begin at 11 am CEST. Qualifier Liang En-Shuo will take on World No.49, Fiona Ferro. And the second match sees home favorite Gael Monfils go up against Spaniard Albert Ramos Vinolas.
The third match at Court Suzanne-Lenglen is an all-French affair between the youngster and wildcard entrant Hugo Gaston and Richard Gasquet. And the last match on this court has former World No.1 Karolina Pliskova taking on Donna Vekic.

Court Simonne-Mathieu
The first match at Court Simonne-Mathieu starts at the same time as Court Suzanne-Lenglen. It has 29th seed, Ugo Humbert against Ricardas Berankis. The second match features former WTA top 10 player Kristina Mladenovic against Anna Karolina Schmiedlova.

The third match features 9th seed Matteo Berrettini against wildcard entrant, Taro Daniel. And finishing the day at Court Simonne-Mathieu is Carla Suarez Navarro against Sloane Stephens. Carla is making her first appearance after successfully battling cancer.
