Before we talk about in-game changes, there is one important topic at hand. The launch of next-gen consoles has changed the visual aspects of the game to a great degree. The change is very prominent if compared side by side. For example, the most satisfying change is probably the kill effect.

On PS5, when players are killed, they break down into cubes. Previously, it just seemed like a holographic disintegration. Take a look at the picture below.

In other news, the Marvel heroes in Fortnite are keeping busy. The ‘Devourer of Worlds’ has gotten closer in the last 14 days. Some suggestions say that as he inches closer, the gravity is being affected. Moreover, no one can see Galactus in the sky. So is he under the island? Nobody knows as he seems to be ‘flying’ under the radar efficiently.

But keep a lookout as he might pop up anywhere as the day of the war edges closer. A good place to look might be the ‘war table’ on the Battle Pass menu.
