The Xbox Game Pass is a Microsoft subscription model that gives players over 300 games. Players can pick from the long list of games which includes many AAA titles and some of the best Indie hits that the gaming industry has seen. But with a new month coming over, some of the games will leave the subscription service and might not make a return any time soon.

While that might be disappointing news for many gamers, we thought of dishing out the bad news first. With many games leaving the Xbox Game Pass, there will be some exciting new ones added too. Let’s take a look at the best games that will be making their way to the Game Pass before the Christmas season.

Best Games coming to Xbox Game Pass from December 1-7

The Xbox Game Pass is ready to have fans throwing their money at it. This December, many interesting titles will make their way to the Xbox Game Pass. Almost all the games that are coming to the Game Pass can be played on the cloud, console, and PC. There is only one exception to this, and that is the game Against the Storm, which will only be available for the PC.

Coming to Xbox Game Pass on December 1:

  1. Spirit of the North: December 1
    • Spirit of the North is an adventure set in landscapes inspired by Iceland.
    • In this game players solve environmental puzzles to uncover the mysteries of a ruined civilization.
  2. SteamWorld Build: December 1
    • SteamWorld Build will be released as a day-one addition to Game Pass.
    • The game involves digging deep and building wide to excavate spacefaring technology as the planet dies.

Coming to Xbox Game Pass on December 5 to 7

  1. Clone Drone in the Danger Zone: December 5
    • A robot voxel slice ‘em up with survival trials in an arena.
    • Features Last Bot Standing, online co-op, and a story mode.
  2. Rise of the Tomb Raider: December 5
    • Returns to Game Pass on December 5.
    • Offers high-octane action and cinematic survival adventure with Lara Croft.
  3. While the Iron’s Hot: December 5 
    • Day one addition to Game Pass.
    • Players step into the boots of a journeyman blacksmith on a quest to restore a ruined village using wits and crafting skills.
  4. World War Z: Aftermath: December 5 
    • A co-op third-person shooter featuring swarms of zombies.
    • Based on the Paramount Pictures film, focuses on fast-paced gameplay and new storylines.
  5. Goat Simulator 3: December 7
    • Pilgor’s return in a realistic sandbox farmyard experience.

Coming to Xbox Game Pass on December 8 to 14

  1. Against the Storm (PC): December 8
    • A dark fantasy city builder set in the face of apocalyptic rains. This is the only game that will be featured only for the PC and it is set to be added on December 8.
  2. Tin Hearts: December 12
    • Lemmings-like puzzles tell the emotional story of a genius inventor, Albert Butterworth.
  3. Far Cry 6- December 14
    • Set in Yara, a tropical paradise frozen in time.
    • Players join a modern-day guerrilla revolution to liberate Yara in this open-world first-person action adventure.

Games to join the Game Pass Core on December 6:

  1. Chivalry 2 – December 6:
    • A multiplayer, first-person slasher inspired by epic medieval battles.
  2. Totally Reliable Delivery Service – December 6:
    • An interactive sandbox world where players deliver packages with ragdoll physics.
