GTA 6 could welcome a character from an older GTA title back into the series. It’s hard to think of an aspect of GTA 6 that hasn’t been a subject of fan theories. There were also rumours about one of the GTA V protagonists returning. However, the latest theory suggests the game’s plot might have a GTA 4 connection.

Despite the major leaks last year, Rockstar Games has managed to keep game details under wraps. So in the meantime, fans have resorted to theories and breaking down the trailer to get as much as possible. And the latest theory suggests a GTA 4 character will play a part in GTA 6.

Is this female character from GTA 4 connected to GTA 6 protagonist Lucia?

Released in 2008, GTA 4 is regarded as one of the best story-filled, realism-based installments in the series. Further, it’s also known for the characters. One of them was a successful female drug dealer named Elizabeta Torres. At the end, she was sentenced to three hundred years of imprisonment, as reported by in-game media outlet Weasel News. Which means she might still be around in the GTA universe.

That’s the exact point one fan on Reddit has pointed out to speculate that Elizabeta may appear in the story of GTA 6. However, what seems odd in this Redditor’s theory is the part of them predicting that Elizabeta may actually turn out to be Lucia. The redditor tried to present the possibility of the drug dealer spending close to 20 years in prison and then coming out.

A part of the theory read, “Could just be a cameo or maybe something more, like some tutorial missions assuming the game likely begins in the prison seen in the trailer.” Even if the game begins in the prison, it’s unlikely that it’s just a cameo if Elizabeta is Lucia. But if they are different characters, then you never know.

For now, one can only take this as a speculation that’s trying to reach too far. But one can never know what Rockstar Games might do in its games. It will be interesting to see how the actual story turns out when the game is released.

So far, what’s known is that Lucia and Jason are the two primary characters. If other recent theories are to be considered, Jason is expected to be an undercover cop. The theories further claim Lucia goes to prison for her crimes because of Jason. But again, fans should take this with a grain of salt as it’s just a theory.

Hopefully, Trailer 2 of GTA 6 will show more of what Rockstar Games has in store for the fans waiting for the open-world title.
