As per the reactions, it looks like this specific house has been his mother’s dream house for years. She looked extremely happy as she checked out and opened all the cabinets in the kitchen of her new house. Although the house was bought in October, Fanum decided to wait until New Year’s to break the news.

Kai Cenat set the bar with the house for his mom

Kai Cenat always had a goal in his mind. His focus was to get ‘his family out of the hood’. He achieved this goal in 2022 when he gifted his mom a house, just like Fanum did. Cenat shared details about the new house in a YouTube video. In this clip, he was accompanied by a realtor, who expressed amazement at Kai Cenat’s ability to purchase a luxurious property at the young age of 20.

It was a spacious and well-equipped residence, featuring multiple living rooms, a dedicated eating area known as the ‘Dominic area’, and various themed rooms. The sleeping room contained Spider-Man decorations, including Blast Shooters, for protection. The kitchen was loaded with a diverse range of snacks, from fruits to Cheetos. One of the best features of the house is the roof, which gives Kai a beautiful view of the city.

The key focus was entertainment, with a gaming setup, a pool table, and a movie room equipped with a projector for an immersive cinematic experience. The gym was fully equipped with treadmills and dumbbells, emphasizing a commitment to fitness. The bathroom featured a high-tech toilet with various functionalities. Overall, the house blended modern technology with comfort.
