MrBeast has been an inspiration for every content creator on YouTube. But how often do you see Jimmy taking inspiration from another creator? Sounds like a once-in-a-blue moon kind of a thing! Well, it looks like MrBeast’s last YouTube feature was inspired by another star creator of the platform. Moreover, the recent viral theory that suggests Jimmy may have been working on the ‘grocery store survival’ challenge video for almost two years! Here’s why the internet is almost certain of the theory. 

Jimmy’s latest YouTube video “$10,000 Every Day You Survive In A Grocery Store’ video came out almost two weeks back. The exciting feature took his challenge concept videos to a whole new level. While it had every element of entertainment, fans couldn’t get enough of Alex, the star of the show. Overall, the video became a phenomenon on the platform and has already crossed over 118 million views. However, the credit for such a monumental showcase might also be attributed to another YouTuber who allegedly came up with the idea initially inspiring MrBeast for the same! Wondering who could have been the inspiration?

Made your guesses? It was MatPat the star creator who appeared in a range of challenge videos. Food Theorists, Game Theory, Film Theory, and Style Theory are some of the branches of his content. In one Food Theorists challenge video, the creator took an interesting angle. ‘The Food Theory: How Long Could You Survive Locked In a Grocery Store?’ the title of the upload reads. Sounds familiar?

What’s more interesting is the fact that this two-year-old video even appealed to MrBeast. “Good to know, thx,” the YouTube King had commented on the video. A Reddit user discovering the interesting detail took the theory to a discussion. “MrBeast’s newest video has probably been an idea in jimmy’s mind for over 2 years,” they wrote

Considering the fact that MrBeast was highly impressed with the grocery store idea, the theory of his taking inspiration to implement a similar challenge seems highly plausible. The YouTuber has always been a firm believer in acknowledging competition and appreciating good ideas. In fact, the YouTuber has a sure-shot formula to figure out the bankability of ideas every individual creator aims to implement. 

Jimmy’s secret of finding out what would work on YouTube! 

Over the years, MrBeast the creator has emerged as the biggest individual channel on the planet. The sheer dominance of the entertainer has been long-running. Just looking at his recent numbers, his influence on the entertainment industry surely isn’t ending soon. But what makes his ideas so bankable to global consumers? What are the things they are currently interested in, what are the things that typically work? Like we like building connections with humans. Go study a Pixar film you’ll learn more studying that than a YouTube channel,” the creator stated. 

Every enthusiastic creator out there, take notes! The trick is simply to analyze what the audience wants to feed on and certainly MrBeast has magically cracked the formula.
