Popular insider Detonated recently shared a post on X. While presenting updates on the leaked weapon options for Modern Warfare 3’s Season 2 update, the scooper also mentioned the FN2000. Per Detonated, FN2000 has already been spotted in official pictures released for Season 1 Reloaded. Going by how convincing COD-based leaks have been lately, one can safely assume FN2000 will, indeed, return in Season 2. For those who have never used it, FN2000 is a bullpup assault rifle that originally featured in 2009’s Modern Warfare 2 installment by Infinity Ward.

During the Campaign mission ‘No Russian’, FN2000 was seen being used by the FSB (Federal Security Forces). In other missions like ‘Estate Takedown’, ‘Wetwork’, ‘Armor Piercing’, ‘The Enemy of My Enemy’, ‘The Only Easy Day… Was Yesterday’, and ‘Loose Ends’, it was found with a Thermal Scope. In the game, players could unlock this AR after reaching Level 60.
