Time for some more massive collaborations. Fortnite Chapter 5 is on the brink of release. And fans have been subjected to a series of speculations around the forthcoming update so far. These include teasers of brand new items coming to the Battle Royale along with some big collaborations being offered in Season 1. However, a recent leak being the biggest reveal for Chapter 5 gave interesting insight on one skin that’s arriving this season for the Fortnite fans. And “it seems today that all you see” well, what you may see is Family Guy on Fortnite.

The final showdown of the OG Chapter is just hours away. And while it might be hard for the players to bid farewell to the month-long ‘nostalgia carnival’, the upcoming lineup in the game just keeps on sounding better. As the community is preparing for the much-awaited live concert Big Bang event in collaboration with Eminem, it’s also fueling curiosity about what Chapter 5 might have to offer to the players following the game’s newfound limelight. If all the rumors were to be trusted, the Big Bang event won’t be the end. Rather, it would only be a new beginning. We’re talking about “P…tear…Griffin, yeah yeah Peter Griffin!”

Family Guy collaboration with Fortnite for Chapter 5 Season 1 confirmed?

Just a day before the final countdown to Big Bang, a leak fueled theories of two big collaborations arriving in Fortnite Chapter 5. According to the viral claim made by a credible industry insider, skins of Peter Griffin from the Family Guy TV Show and Solid Snake from Hideo Kojima’s Metal Gear Series would be featured in Season 1. To support the claim, a picture of the Xbox Store surfaced over the web that allegedly released the Battle Pass for Chapter 5 Season 1 titled “Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 Underground.” 

Following the massive leak, there were a lot of theories that suggested that the long-awaited Family Guy collaboration might actually be happening. Longtime Fortnite players, who have seen the game add a number of well-known video game characters to its pool of skins, may not be surprised by the arrival of Solid Snake. But Peter Griffin’s entrance is huge, and a long time coming!

What was once a joke in the Fortnite community—players making lighthearted requests for everyone’s favorite father from Seth Macfarlane’s Family Guy—has now materialized. Besides the two exciting collaborations, there were five more intriguing concept skins from the surveys that featured in the Battle Pass. These included a tiger skin, an underground Jonesy lookalike skin, and a diamond collector. Overall, the leaked battle pass looked pretty stacked hinting at Peter Griffin being the secret skin of the Season. 

There hasn’t been any official confirmation made by the developers yet on the Peter Griffin skin. Yet fans are already convinced. And they cannot wait to experience Peter Griffin battle around the island. The wait for an official confirmation would surely be ending soon. “Lucky there’s a Family Guy!”
