Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies has gained huge popularity lately. Thanks to an abundance of powerful weapons, players can take down deadly waves of the undead in the map of Urzikstan. However, there’s a brand new gun for players looking to demolish some zombies and zombie bosses.

Modern Warfare Zombies already consists of iconic Wonder Weapons – best suited for the Zombies experience. Sadly, they are not easily available to unlock. As a result, players usually pick up regular guns like battle rifles, assault rifles, LMGs, and sniper rifles. But now, there’s a fresh SMG in the game and it’s simply magnificent for wreaking havoc in Urzikstan.

Introducing the HRM-9

Popular YouTuber and COD player TheSpazo shared a video about a submachine gun, which can absolutely destroy zombies. Interestingly, it was just introduced in Modern Warfare 3 with Season 1 Reloaded. This gun is none other than HRM-9.

Season 1 Reloaded was released on January 17, 2024 in the game. Apart from bringing new maps, modes, and Operators, it also revealed two additional weapons. One of them happens to be the HRM-9 submachine gun.

Although the gun is very light, it’s quite stable and is best-suited for close quarters combat. Players can make it reach to a maximum of Level 18 in order to start using the attachments in Gunsmith. One can also use it to aim down sights and fire precisely.

In his video, he showed how the SMG managed to eliminate monsters and bosses inside Tier 3 Zone. The latter is the most dangerous area in the entire map of Urzikstan.

TheSpazo also revealed his own effective loadout for HRM-9 that other players can use in MW3 Zombies. Below is the list of all the useful attachments recommended by him to make the gun more powerful:

• Optic: Slate Reflector
• Barrel: Princeps Long Barrel
• Underbarrel: Bruen Bastian
• Ammunition: 9MM Overpressured
• Rear Grip: PCS-90 Assault Grip

Before taking HRM-9 into the open-world, however, players need to obtain this newly added gun. To unlock the SMG, they have to complete an Armory Unlock Challenge attached specifically to HRM-9 only.

Players can find this special Armory Unlock Challenge under the ‘Challenges’ menu in the game. Once they locate it, they need to activate it and begin the task of unlocking the gun. The task can be anything like getting 30 Operator kills using SMGs or scoring 10 headshots in a match with SMGs and so on.
