From Campaign faces to seasonal characters, players have got tons of choices. Further, players keep getting new options in the form of cosmetic bundles. Lately, however, not all the latest bundles have managed to impress the players at all.

Modern Warfare 3 has got an improved Multiplayer, alongside Warzone and a unique Zombies mode. All of three of them have swayed the fans since the game launched last year. Still, there are certain inevitable aspects the users are not happy with. There are several in-game store Operator bundles that are just way too bad to own, according to recent online reactions.

Dark Rituals IV bundle draws the ire of fans

The devs had recently introduced a brand new cosmetic bundle called Dark Rituals IV. It’s currently available for 2,400 COD Points, equivalent to $19.99. Which means players who don’t have enough points to own the bundle must spend at least $19.99 to get the required COD Points to unlock it.

However, the most highlighted part of the bundle is the Operator skin for the character of Corso; it’s called Ritual Boss. But it also happens to be the major reason some players are unhappy in the game.

According to a user on Reddit, the Corso skin is simply too bad to look at. In the words of the Redditor, the design looks like it took third place in a middle school art contest.” The player apologized to Sledgehammer devs, but the reaction was very clear. They believe that the devs could have done better than presenting such a poor Operator design. Especially when considering the fact that it costs 2,400 COD Points. It’s a premium-level cosmetic but doesn’t feel like one according to the Reddit post by the COD player.

Interestingly, the Dark Rituals IV bundle is not the first to upset the players. They have seen a few other cosmetic bundles in MW3 that haven’t been amazing so far. For example, there was one named Aetherium Ultra Skin. While most of the expensive bundles cost 2,400 COD Points in general, this one demanded 2,800 COD Points. In short, it required them to pay almost $30 in order to acquire the Operator skin. However, the bundle didn’t fare well as several users became furious over its unexpectedly higher price for no actual reason.

The Dark Rituals IV bundle just happens to be the latest to draw community fire. But with season 1 reloaded all but confirmed for a January release, players can look forward to more exciting bundles, like The Boys’ A-Train and Firecracker bundle.
