Popular Twitch Streamer Goes on a ‘ Live High Speed Chase’

What has been the wildest livestream you ever came across? Whatever the answer is, put that aside for a minute. A popular Twitch streamer might have just given the word “craze” a whole new meaning. In one recent viral episode, a streamer on the Amazon-owned platform left the community stunned as he pulled off an ‘extremely dangerous stunt’ during his live stream. 

Twitch superstars going to insane lengths to benefit their streams is not a new concept. However, sometimes there are streams that simply surpass all expectations. From hot tub streams to crazy experiments, the streaming world has seen it all. Or so you may think. This Twitch phenomenon decided to kick things up a notch.

BigEx, the 21-year-old content creator and famous Twitch streamer, has recently made the headlines for a unique reason. He might have just become the first streamer to have been chased down by the cops while live on the Amazon-owned platform. An X account shared a glimpse of the trending livestream and reported, Twitch Streamer went on a HIGH SPEED CHASE while streaming.”

Evidently, the glimpse of the stream shows BigEx and friends being involved in a dangerous car chase with the cops. Despite the risks, recklessness and the fact that this might lead to some repercussions, views continued to pour in.

As the clip started receiving community attention, the speculations about a Twitch ban were fueled. At the time of writing, whether the streamer has been notified of any punishment by the Amazon-owned platform is not known. Although considering the discussions that have followed the stream, a temporary Twitch ban seems highly plausible for the streamer. 

Reacting to the clip, a user shared their version of a similar incident when they were caught in a car chase while streaming live on Kick. The user wrote, Been did that.”

There is clearly no telling what lengths streamers go to for viewership. The evolution of streaming culture has been such. With the competitive streaming space increasing, a lot of streamers have experimented with various types of content to be the standout in the crowd. While some have done an exceptional job in the same, others are still on the track of decoding the success formula. But a lot of fans responding to this latest viral stunt called out the creator for crossing a line. 

The community also addressed similar celebrated trends like gambling that should be a part of the ‘streaming culture debate’. However, most of the audience was just attracted to the idea of catching a car chase live on Twitch for the first time!
