The Rockstar Games‘ masterpiece has been a clear favorite in the entertainment world! Well, in another celebrity episode, the Wonka star Timothee Chalamet talked about RDR like a typical fanboy. Moreover, the Hollywood superstar just joined the list of the fan community rooting for Red Dead Redemption 3! 

Red Dead Redemption is one of the most highly-rated gaming franchises in the industry. It’s been over five years now since RDR2 was launched, but a very rare set of games have come close to the excellence of the franchise. So, it’s never surprising when celebrities drool over the experience of the video game series. Timothee Chalamet couldn’t stop “weeping” at the end of Red Dead Redemption!

In an interview, the Academy Award nominee Timothee Chalamet revealed his favorite video game. While the answer wasn’t surprising, the reason behind picking the title left the fans overwhelmed with joy. “The most brilliant video game for me that is as Cinematic, that is as moving and fun to play is Red Dead Redemption. I don’t know who voiced John Marston in that but whoever did, did an incredible job. That’s a video game where one of the scenes at the end, I was playing and weeping,” the actor stated in his adoring confession. 

This statement also makes you wonder if RDR impressed the actor so much, and how was his experience with the sequel. In an interview later on, the actor also talked about his experience with the sequel.

Talking about RDR2, “I was really late to Red Dead 2, really late. But I’ve been deep in Red Dead 2. Just got to the John Marston junior character epilogue 1, it’s insane. That might be my favorite of all time,” Chalamet said.

Rooting for the third installment!

Adding on, the actor couldn’t stop rooting for the third installment of the series. Of course, the gaming fans couldn’t agree more. The brand is probably a stand-out example of an ‘ideal sequel treatment’. In fact, the follow-up to RDR (2010) even surpassed the sky-high expectations fans had from the project. Thus, RDR2 raised the bar for other industry giants when it comes to sequels. So, it would be only interesting to see what new Rockstar has to offer with the third installment. 

This Activity From Red Dead Redemption 2 Is Possibly Coming to GTA 6

Undoubtedly, Red Dead Redemption 2 brought a whole new revolution to the virtual world. The gameplay innovations, character arcs, and attention to detail were something the community hadn’t experienced before. Even today, RDR2 is a benchmark of immersive gaming. Therefore, the hype and excitement built around RDR3 is understandable. But looking at how the developers proceeded with GTA 6, RDR3 currently seems like a long shot.
