A member of MrBeast’s team has lifted the curtains on what goes on behind the scenes.

MrBeast production team member spills the beans on the management! 

A Reddit user recently made some striking revelations on the working culture of MrBeast in an ongoing thread discussion. The discussion was initiated by a fan who wanted to talk about the expenditure of MrBeast’s production value for the year 2023. However, when one of Jimmy’s crew members joined the thread, it was all about ‘behind the scenes’ of making videos for the YouTube King. 

“There’s no stopping for a pat on the back and all that. We grind it out. We have some absolute beasts that work non-stop. I’ve gone a month sleeping 3 hours a night and working the moment I wake up, and I love it. No day is the same; nothing is repetitive and boring, you have so many opportunities to travel and do so many rare things,” the crew member wrote in the Reddit confession. 

The latter also addressed another interesting fan query. A lot of times, MrBeast fans have expressed their desire to watch actual ‘behind the scenes’ videos for various celebrated YouTube uploads. Talking about the same, the crew member hinted how that is likely to happen anytime soon. “I wish we could do a behind-the-scenes channel but Jimmy would be too obsessed with its editing and presentation for it to just be a relaxed informative type thing,” the user added further.
