GTA 6 to allow players to go fishing?

Rockstar Games and their obsession with providing players with extra immersive fun is nothing new. Even with GTA V, there was so much extra you could explore on the map that made you feel connected to the world, making it more immersive. Similarly, the sequel to Red Dead Redemption brought some promising new activities to enhance the exploration experience. Among all these innovations was the accessibility to fishing. According to a viral Reddit speculation, this specific fishing activity is set to arrive in GTA 6.

As mentioned by the user, a frame in the official trailer has fishing tackles in the background. The hardcore fans are familiar with the fact that Rockstar doesn’t add up items without their significance. Thus, the theory of allowing fishing in the next GTA game seems highly plausible. If you recall RDR2, the introduction to fishing was smartly slid through the mission, A Fisher of Men. Once you complete the mission, you can access the side activity at any time in the game.
